Sharp and Van Rhyn Architects is a small architectural practice, established in 1986. Located in Cottesloe, one of Perth's premium residential areas, the practice specialises in prestige residential projects valued upwards of A$1M in the Perth metropolitan area and the South West coast.

The architects, Peter Van Rhyn and Greg Sharp, both directors of the firm, have a wealth of experience in resolving complex briefs with creative, contemporary and individualised buildings. All design disciplines and parameters are embraced, with a strong emphasis on listening and developing an understanding of the client’s wishes as a starting point for all projects.

 

The practice understands the importance of working with other design disciplines. From the outset of the design process, landscaping, interiors, and any other relevant technical consultants are involved, in order that a totally considered and practical building evolves. All projects are documented with a high degree of detail and consideration of all aspects of construction.
